Drone Fleet Applications

Ground-to-air communication for civilian UAV fleets, bringing commands, status and selected video to one operator entry point.

One ground station. Ten aircraft.

Bring multiple aircraft into one communication workflow. In the customer-reported configuration, one ground station connects to ten drones through airborne communication nodes. ZYRO MeshFlow provides the link for delivering commands, returning aircraft status and requesting video from selected platforms. The ground-station and flight-controller integration determines which commands are available, how status is displayed and how operators switch between feeds. This gives UAV manufacturers and integrators a starting point for inspection, surveying and environmental observation, with people directing the operation. Video capacity and network performance are verified with the intended equipment and field conditions; the one-to-ten configuration does not imply ten simultaneous HD streams or autonomous fleet control.

The film combines customer-supplied field photos, an illustrative interface with simulated data and third-party application footage. The customer reports a one-ground-station, ten-aircraft configuration; the photos do not measure link performance. Third-party footage illustrates possible applications. Open video ↗
01

Deliver commands

Carry ground-generated commands to selected aircraft systems through the integrated controller interfaces.

02

Bring status together

Return aircraft and device status for the ground-station software to organize and display.

03

Select video on demand

Request the viewpoints needed for the task, with stream count, bitrate and resolution matched to the verified configuration.

Commands out.
Information back.

The relationships below describe information flow between one ground station and ten airborne nodes. They are not a radio-topology diagram. Flight control, device panels and feed switching depend on the connected controllers and ground-station software.

Ground station → Airborne nodes

Send commands to selected aircraft

The operator sends commands through the integrated ground station. Available command types, responses and permissions depend on the flight-controller interface and software configuration.

Airborne nodes → Ground station

Return status and selected video

Aircraft report configured status fields and provide video as requested. Update rates, alerts and concurrent video load must be checked with the target equipment and operating conditions.
